One quick check - take the radiator cap off, fire it up, and wait until the thermostat opens. If after a few minutes you see big bubbles like it's trying to burp air out of the system, you have a leak between a combustion chamber and a coolant passage, likely a cracked cylinder.
yeah this was my first go to. i get some tiny little bubbles here and there. i will try it again tho now that its had 10 hours of run time it should have any natural air out

na oil was clean. number 2 piston looked moist so i put a pressure test on it and i go no sort of drip in that hole. so i took the upper off and jammed my borescope in the port. looked like it might be wet. so i did what i never do. i took the lower off wiped down the felpro problem solver gaskets and surfaces and slathered everything in silicone. set it intake on let it sit for an hour torqued it waited a few more hours after gettting it all back together and seelms to have solved the problem.... however ive ordered all these big block parts soooooooo
