I've used Wheelskins a couple of times in the past. Most recently on my previous '99 NBS GMC. Lots of colors and options. Not replacement, but a nice leather, stitched overlay cover.

Might be a nice option to save money for now and still have something that's nice for a while.

I admire you guys who can spend $300 or so on the wheel and I am very glad you have that option. I decided to go cheap on mine. I use one of the padded leather look vinyl lace on covers. Costs about 15 bucks, looks decent and very comfortable to drive with one. I got the idea from and old Cop who put one on every patrol car that was assigned to him. the trick is to replace it every three years because they do harden in sunlight.

I still have a factory GM leather 91ish steering wheel in a box. Was for my 91 suburban that got sold. I think typhoons and maybe 454ss trucks could order leather steering wheel option

About ready to send my stock wheel out to craftcustoms.com in Texas. In the meantime I am running an Eldorado wheel to go with my gold keys with the crest.
