One more note, the 7+ year old Odyssey that I replaced still started the truck. It was just cranking a little slower and reading low on my battery tester. The most graceful battery "failure" I've ever experienced.
That is how my 11 year old one went into semi-retirement. After removing it from big motor duty it continued starting a smaller engine for several more years before being laid to rest.

I had a pair of Interstate batteries die their 2nd year of existence back in 2019 in my camper. They got replaced with a pair of Walmart batteries that have been fine ever since.
Walmart Everstart and Interstate are the exact same batteries, both made by Johnson Control.

Ive switched to AC Delco recently, I got almost 9 years out my little OEM 540CCA battery in my 2014 Cruze. Upgraded that to a 850CCA and put a matching one in my 97 454. So far so good this winter.
