1994 Chevy ecsb manual swap instructions/ advice

Hello I want to get overdrive in my truck but I'm stuck between doing a manual and 4L60e my truck came with a 4L60e but I've swapped it to a th400 and my career is changing and I need to drive farther and I want the overdrive or 5th gear.

American powertrain makes a kit for a manual 5 or 6 speed swap including pedals.

ESPECIALLY if he still has all the '60E take-out parts stored somewhere.
