Since it seems to be a "standard" feature, that might explain the lack of an RPO code. I'd never heard of Passlock until it made our lives very difficult in 2019. Never had an issue with it on the other '99 Burb....but that one was last on the road 11/29/2012.....
Unless you steal vehicles, kill your battery, or it acts up you'd never know it was there.
can really be a scratcher if your car starts and then stalls but the security light didnt work(for whatever reason) youd never get it!
