Might take a zip lock bag to a body shop and get them to put a little pb in it. Try to squeeze all the air out.

I would just use 3m two sided tape. Clean both surfaces really well nd stick er' on. Avoid the mess with any type of "liquid" adhesive

The actual 3m tape. Clean with denatured alcohol, and a little heat gun action. It’ll peel the paint off before it falls off.
