I have seen VATS delete require multiple times to finally take. I hope it's something you can fix yourself, but it sounds like VATS to me.
If you keep feeding it ether does it stay running?
I haven’t fed it while it was running since I was under the impression that it would die if the MAF didnt have a good seal, I’ll try that next though

Pulled all injectors after bleeding any excess fuel out of the rail, and two injectors had a ton of fuel come out after they were pulled. Two were “wet” the rest were dry, one had the gasket and end plastic piece stay inside the injector housing. They look decently clean though, only ready 10 ohms of resistance.

Runs when fed starter fluid from throttle body, seemingly as long as i spray it

If it runs on ether it's got spark, air, and compression so it's gotta be a fuel issue. VATS kills the injectors, so I'm leaning towards that. May still be a different fuel issue though.
I’ve re-tested the injectors and they barely spray any liquid when I test them, so I’m worried they’re the real issue, almost wishing it was VATS instead though.
