The hot rod dual exhaust! Got to have duals!
It's really a couple of tractor mufflers, some turn downs, hangers, straight tubing and a flange.

And the dual output exhaust manifold. It's a reproduction speed part. Ceramic coated by Jet-Hot.

The vintage, restored, Warford auxilary transmission installed between the stock transmission and the torque tube (driveshaft). This give us an underdrive, straight through drive, and overdrive in addition to the standard Model T 2-speed and the 2-speed rear axle. That's 12 forward speeds and 6 reverse speeds. A modern reproduction of this transmission is available, but the supply dried up before the Covid mess and didn't get any better since then.

Because of the body style that can't accommodate a tank in the cowl we put a 1925 style oval tank under the front seat.

That meant cheating on the fuel system. I used a small Holley pulse pump, regulator and easy to find metal fuel filter.

LEDs in the original headlights. Polished the reflectors and lenses, replaced the gaskets and spring clips. Outside patina will stay.

For the tail lights, used a combination of tractor light housings that duplicated a 1933 housing but with a dual filament bulb holder, and 1931 Ford Model AA truck brackets and wire guards.

The majority of the body is held together with construction adhesive and dowels. The only fasteners that hold wood to wood is at the base of the firewall to the floor since these parts have to be able to be separated for some repairs. All the plywood is marine grade. Most things that are bolted to the wood body are through bolted. The exceptions are the small screws holding in the fuel pump stuff, the ignition coil, master cylinder floor cover and a wiring terminal block.

This is co cool! I worked in an ancient Ford dealership and became interested in the early fords. I still have a hand tire pump and water pump from those days.I also have a dealers hand book that showed all the various body mods and accessories you could get. I hope the trip is successful.Enjoyed all the photos of your work!
