Two things
The 1500 may be having an issue with 4wd, I used it yesterday and it seemed to have a little difficulty in fully engaging the front hubs.

The 3500 is having an issue where I turn the key on and nothing happens at all, no dash lights no beeps no clicks. But if I cycle the key on and off it will eventually work like it should.

Anyone know what might be going on with either of these issues?

Could be the battery cables; these trucks really like good tight clean connections. Also could be an ignition lock cylinder/switch that's wearing out. Had both things cause that problem.
Also be sure you don't have any bulbs or lights that are sticking on; that WILL pull your battery down especially in this cold nasty damp weather most of the country is having now.

Cleaning the battery terminals seems to have done the trick. No issues starting it yesterday for the first time after changing the fuel pump.

The fuel pump sounds good now but
Unfortunately the truck still has the same issue as before. When it’s cold in closed loop it runs fine but when it warms up it runs terribly.
It has a rough idle and very rough under light acceleration, clears up and has power if I stomp on the gas.

I know I need to check my fuel pressure.
The injectors, fuel filter, fuel pressure regulator and fuel pump have all been changed recently.

It has a blown out exhaust gasket very close to one of the O2 sensors, could this be causing my issues? I plan to replace it anyways, just curious if that could be it.

Today I unplugged the throttle position sensor and that fixed the issues I’m having with the white truck. I have a feeling that unplugging the tps is just putting it in limp mode. Or could the tos actually be the problem?

Symptoms are, rough fluctuating idle, misfire that would come and go and it would try to stall and sometime would stall when I used the brakes.
That’s all gone with unplugging the tps.
Anyway ti test the tps? I have a multimeter but I don’t know what the ohms should be.

Vacuum leak? Test the EGR valve. check everything you can before you start throwing money at it.
Very possible. The previous owner replaced the injectors and FPR, I’m wondering if he did something wrong, creating a vacuum leak.
