On just one air bag. They break at the swivel with minimal air, 30#s, under load and once with no load. The hose is not getting tugged or bound. Tried another brand, Torque, same bag, same break point. Going to try Tailonz brand. Amazon reviews reported several failures with airlift and torque.
anyone have luck with other fittings? 1/4 hose 1/8 npt

If it's not an issue with the installation, the bag itself would have to be defective. They sent me 2 brand new bags for my dually no questions asked and I wasn't even the one who originally purchased them. I'd call them before spending any more money.

I’ve called them, the guy I talked to didn’t want to help. Will call them back. I had these bags since 1998, they’ve replaced them, the lines, and fittings probably 7 years ago no issues. At the time, the bags were just weather cracked. This only started this year, and I’ve not driven it but maybe 2k miles as I’ve been rebuilding it this year. Both times the elbow popped I was crawling over some rocks, but nothing extreme. There is nothing near the line to contact it. Will jack up that corner at the leaf to simulate articulation and check it.

Airlift no longer provides replacement parts under warranty unless you can prove original purchase. what looks like is going on is enough articulation to pinch off the elbow during axle spring compression upwards. I see where I can add a piece of 1/4" plate to stiffen the air bag top bracket to the frame
