Oh yeah I recently heard about it, but didn’t know what the pros/cons are. I will look into it.Gmt800 master cylinder, all that’s required is an adapter for the front brake line. The 800 master cylinder has a bigger bore and better feel but I recommend researching it before doing it. I have heard it does not work well with certain factory gmt400 brakes.
your truck is not at all liable for the company who engineered it and put a cheap plastic in most of them(from what it sounds like) The worker who built it likewise made no mistake.I bought my 96 K1500 w/46k for $4500.00 2 years ago. I give thanks to it every day, it owes me nothing.
I suppose. If they improved every part on my $24k 96 K1500, it might’ve been a $34k truck. FoMoCo, Mopar, Toyota etc….. they all had their own substandard parts.your truck is not at all liable for the company who engineered it and put a cheap plastic in most of them(from what it sounds like) The worker who built it likewise made no mistake.
They could have made a better part and nothing about your buying it would be changed and we would both still be here but there would be a better product because of it
yes. yes they do. you think im judging your truck lol but my comment was entirely about how the broken handle should have been better made (since you said they should have made one pn and have had a truck on it)I suppose. No, no I really don’t lol. I agree they made some bone headed calls on these. I guess I was just saying with the deal I got for mine I can’t really complain. But, it is our inalienable right to gripe-and no one can take that away.yes. yes they do. you think im judging your truck lol but my comment was entirely about how the broken handle should have been better made (since you said they should have made one pn and have had a truck on it)
There wouldnt be a need for replacements if they were just lifetime
