Why not take another shot at it unless they or you are way apart? You save posting Or location ? Things may have changed or realize that your they best bet of actually selling it ? You have pics $$$ amounts of they’res vs yours?
Nah. I mean they were WAY off for a truck with some miles on it, and trying to sell such a gas guzzler at this time of higher fuel prices and economic uncertainty. I don't imagine there's a ton of buyers out there for a TBI 454 Suburban at the very moment except for crazy people like us. I do tend to save ads, especially off CL, with a screen shot showing the contact info (if it's provided) in the event the ad goes away, but they're usually gone because the vehicle is gone.

I do know my Escalade rear wheels are just narrower bye a 1/2”-2” but it’s to do with turning radius but no one’s buying owning these for turning! Lol the awesome thing of these are classy&timeless lines along with a nicely laid out interior that you can upgrade easily to modern style of touchscreen radios and new speakers and no need for rear cameras because you know your ride and can drive it in reverse lol I’m like sonny from a Bronx tale rollin HAM in reverse for how ever long needed!!

A few months ago I had a car to grab in a really tricky spot in a parking garage. Only way was to hook it and pull forwards up the garage instead of down back to the exit. I could have gone all the way to the top and turned around, but risk getting caught. Said F it and backed the wrecker and car on the hook across the deck, down the ramp, for several floors :Big Laugh: ... flawlessly ... and even managed to hit the button on my remote to get the gate opening before I got there so no waiting. For some reason, the couple of people following me down with my headlights in their face weren't sufficiently impressed, one of them cussing at me as I backed out into the street and pulled away. Maybe he was one of my prior victims..

The 4WD front track is really wide, making it easily obvious the rear is narrower. However, that 4WD rear is still wider than a 2WD rear of the same model. Don't have the figures handy but pretty sure you can trust me on this one. ;)

Amazing website, lots of information.

I see firmware files too. What processors were they using in the early 80s… Z80s, 6502s, 6800s?

68000s were probably too pricey until later 80s.
Firepower (1980) and Pin*Bot (1986) are from the era where Williams was using 6808's though they are pretty different inside the backbox (different hardware generations) - as with most of the pinball manufacturers, each era of games would have multiple titles that used the same mpu and associated supporting boards, though there are revisions within each generation through the years...whereas most older video games have unique boards that only run that one title, though a few can be converted to run games that had similar hardware.

How's this for a complete thread sidetrack? :D
