I installed the Santa Cruz Moto 4 , the Retrosound in-line Quadraphonic amp, and replaced all my factory speakers with Infinity Reference speakers. I also had a Bazooka powered sub already. It was a job to do it all, but the system sounds great now. If you like your music and the stock look, I’d go with Retrosound. Bluetooth streaming for music and hands free calling. The Moto 4 also has SiriusXM capability with the SiriusXM receiver purchased separately. I was able to use a separate sub output using the Moto 4 unit as well and used high pass filtering for the 4 cabin speakers using the in-line amp. Retrosound sells a USB adapter/ cable that can be installed in place of the cigarette lighter too. Now when i flip down the ash tray, there’s USB accessibility for charging my phone. The whole system (minus the sub) ran about $850 from Crutchfield, but I really love my music so I didn’t mind paying that.

PS: I left the cassette player/ EQ in my ‘94 just to have it look stock instead of a blank space. It’s nonfunctional of course.

I won't bother to post pics of my Retro Sound install as it looks just like yours, interior color and all.
I don't need all the extras that the M2 and M4 have so I installed the M1. Just got through with it. Sitting here at home it looks and sounds great.
Part of the reason I bought from Crutchfield is the radio comes with a wiring harness adapter so I don't have to hack up the factory harness. I normally just crimp connections but this time I actually soldered and heat shrinked them for a tight connection.
The reason I chose the Santa Cruz model is because it is made to fit in the OG location and at first glance no one would notice it's not the OG radio. It's in easy reach and I can read the display without my glasses and no tiny remote control to use. So far it's all good.

Yes! I really do love the factory look. A funny story though. I had so much stuff laying in my garage floor that I overlooked the factory harness adapter and had already hacked into the factory harness and soldered the Retrosound wires to it before I found it. I wondered why they didn’t send one. :) Oh well, I’m not selling this truck and I’ll never take out the Restrosound unit either. No worries!

I saw an Eric the car guy video of his Santa Cruz install and he did the same thing. He found that adapter after he had all wires cut and spliced up. I have always hated cut and modified OE wires but that's just me. I could possibly be OC. ;)

Oh, I was certainly not happy. I would’ve definitely used the harness had I seen it. I teach physics, so there’s definitely a right way to do things. Cutting a factory harness is not it. Call me OC as well.

Can you change the color of the LCD? The retrosound website shows white and your pictures show green.

Yes you can change colors. There’s preset colors and you can also play with the color levels for a custom display color. I adjusted mine a little to match the AC colors better after my pic was taken.
