Guy before me already tossed the abs pump so I hooked in a proportioning valve out of an 80s k30. I am definitely not going without a wash tank haha that would suck bad. I could make one up to fit on the fender but the stock one is such an easier fit. As for the light bracket cuts, I assume that was to clear the IC tanks, and then you notched out the undersides of the battery trays and tan the outlets down there as Chrysler intended right

My ecm is also long gone as I didn't need it for anything, plus on the 6.5 that sits inside under the dash instead of on the fenderwell like your truck. I used that space to mount my FSS solenoids and the relay harness for my Airdog pump

I see so you cut the rad support in to fit the rad as far forward and to both sides. I figured I'd have to do that. What a tight ass fit this all is. Definitely that last time I'll be doing one of these swaps haha

Two pics above show the cutout for the 2nd gen radiator. I did have a good pic of the core support with the grille off....but I can't find it.
But yeah, the core vertical supports get cut out and then rebuilt.

Ahhh, hm this is gonna be more of a ***** than I'd hoped. It's a shame the grille is so short top to bottom, a first gen IC fits with plenty of space on each side, but the rad ends up being narrower and as such taller, and I'd be slamming my hood on it haha. Looks like it's back to the drawing board on my whole front end design here

Hey, this swap is my second time around on a 97 Suburban. The Superduty 60 was a bigger job, and neither was the job that my son's 93 S10 was. Shoehorning a 5.9 Cummins with compound turbos in an s10 is a real job!

Looks like you've got quote an impressive build list behind ya. I usually prefer my squarebodies, lots more room to work and throw **** in there lol. I've been considering air to water intercooling on this truck as well, it's very efficient and the water cooler up front is like mounting a big trans cooler. Stuff the actual AW unit on the pass side fender well and plumb it in. However that makes for some difficult piping and it seems the high end pumps are rather expensive
