Do the gmt400s from 1995 and older have engine rev limiters? Just curious.

If newer OBD-1 computers have rpm/speed limiters, I don't know about 'em.

Yeah, the .bins used on the 1227747 don't have rev or MPH limit that I can find. The DynamicEFI EBL does.

The newer TBI PCMs have rev and speed limiters. Generally 4,800 rpm and 98 mph but some limit at 112 mph. I have seen fleet trucks with speed limiters at 55-75 mph too. The 55 mph limiter I saw was on a 94 G30 cutaway school bus with the front hinged hood.
