Thanks, I'll look into that later.
I just had a brain fart. I pulled the #4 plug and check for spark and I had spark but looked weird.
I hooked up an old school ignition test light to #4 wire and saw a definite inconsistency in the spark. Checked #1 and it was consistent.
I have a spark/ignition problem.
I thought I read on a search on here something about interference in the distributor cap that had to do with #4 like spark jumping or something like that.......

Yeah, I read all that.
New dizzy, rotor, and cap wires and plugs in January of this year.
Its a 96 so no coil in distributor, just the cam position sensor.
I'll probably be getting new cap and rotor so I'll look at other things while I'm in there.
Gonna' swap an ignition wire first.

Ok.
New AC Delco cap and Delphi rotor.
Not throwing a misfire code yet but it's still there and way less than before:

Fuel trims are way better also:

So, out of about 3,000 revolutions on cylinder 4 it misfired 23 times.
What could I test next?

It passed the injector balance test on the new spider injection so unless it's an electrical issue effecting #4 (both before and after upgrade) in the wiring harness, I think I want to concentrate on other electrical and mechanical possibilities.
How do I check for a sticking valve?
A running compression test?

I was hoping to find a broken spring or out of adjustment. No such luck.

I did however, find the pid for the knock sensor in dash command:
