I know the gmt400s with composite headlights have side marker lights, but does the wiring harness for trucks with the sealed beam headlights have the side markers? The wiring diagram shows side markers and the owners manual shows how to change the bulbs for both types. I just like the sequential turn signals, but I like the looks of the sealed beam headlights better.

What yr do you have? My 97 Suburban had composite headlights, but I switched to sealed beams to have more room for an intercooler. I did a Cummins swap and needed the room. I wanted to keep side marker lights, as the 94 grille assembly I used only had side reflectors...no light bulbs. I kept my 97 headlight harness and used a die grinder to cut a hole in the back side of the reflector. I then glued a receptacle to the backside of the reflector. (I cut the receptacle from the 97 side marker) plugged the 97 wiring light socket I to that molded reflector. Works fine.

Yep, the lower ones and, they alternate with the turn signal lights when you have your headlights/parking lights on. Some guys modify the upper ones to accept lights too.

Here's my 88 as an example.

The answer is No. The W/T nose, 88-98 with the glass sealed beam does not have separate 194 bulbs. As the pics above show, the turn signal lens wraps around.

I did that swap on my '95 2500 P/U and purchased a set of LED bulbs, pigtail sockets, along with the appropriate grill and lenses.

Though I have yet to install them...

95 gmt...it's for sure not awesome, but here it is. I've got some LED 194s to go I to them to brighten it up. I've got to loosen the grill to install them....or pull the headlights.
