been having the same exact issue. data logged an everything. only thing i havent touched was the knock sensor....

what problems you were having from the bad knock sensor?
I’ve chased so many drivability problems over the years on this (93 5.7 TBI I bought new) I can’t remember specific problem (thinking it was intermittent stumble from a stop but not sure). I do remember going to datalog trying to find something which correlated with the problem and finding bursts of knock counts. Normally there would be a few counts kinda randomly occurring and every once in a while there would be a huge burst. Easy to change and not too expensive so I did and burst went away.
