Junkyard brake lines? I can't really see what you have there. Looks kinda crusty.

Those were the leaky crusty brake lines I took off my truck.Junkyard brake lines? I can't really see what you have there. Looks kinda crusty.
I bought new lines from Oreilly, I had to bend them myself thoughWhat'd you put in? Some schwanky pre-bent stuff or junkyard goodies?
No big block, I’ll diesel swap before I go big blockSo, now that it's a dually how long before you put a big block in it?
I've had a good experience with nickel-copper lines. Easy enough to bend and flare, and they haven't started to rust again, and have been on the truck for a year. You can buy coils of the stuff on Amazon.Got some brake fluid this morning, couldn’t get the brakes to bleed, found a leak where I forgot to tighten the union on the brake line I replaced yesterday. Tried to bleed again, and found another leak under the cab where the flared end of the front most line cracked. CRAP. Guess I’m gonna replace that line too. Smh
