Thanks for the response! I'm glad I went with the Anzos when I was putting new lights in my '97s years ago. I've never had a set of the Spyders in my hands to compare, but I trust your assessment. IIRC some other members have had issues with the Spyder's adjusters and a few other things. My Anzo 111004s have been relatively problem free.

And thank you for pushing for the reproduction dashes! Those have got to be some of the best aftermarket parts for these trucks that have come to market in recent history. Was there any talk of them doing the '95+ dashes? I've been hoping they would ever since the earlier styles showed up.

No problem.

At the 6 figure cost to build the tooling for the 88-94 dashboards and the 95-98 dashes being so much less failure prone, i'm not sure you'd see them be produced.

Dang it. Oh well... I'll keep hoping.

The one in my red truck is in pretty good shape with just a few small cracks around the defrost vents, but the one in my Suburban is pretty toasted. I've been lazily scouting for pristine used replacements for a couple years, but it's not at the top of the priority list at the moment.

May I ask where you're at in Missouri? Also, what color do you need?

To this day, i'm still sitting on the motherload of OBS parts.

Central, Columbia area.

Both of my trucks are '97 1500s with the passenger airbags, grey interiors. If you've got any dashes in that flavor I'm definitely interested.

Columbia is a few hours east of me, I usually head down there once a year and get my Whitecastle fix.

I have a handful of very nice 97-00 dashes, in a myriad of colors.

That's awesome! If you have two pristine grey ones with no cracks I'm probably interested in both, but I definitely need at least one. Send me some pictures when you get a chance and let me know what you want for them. We can meet up whenever you're headed this way next, I'm in no rush. I don't even really have a place to put them right now but eh, I'll figure it out. :Big Laugh:

What about a 98-99 style dash in gray, with the airbag?

The dashboards are $300 a piece, pulled, no wiring included, will include serviceable bezel, no instrument cluster. Will have airbags, but I assume no liability on the usability of the airbags.

When I get a chance in a few weeks, i'll dig some out and get pictures.

Sounds good, thanks again!

You don't have any 454SS rear axles laying around, do you?
