99 C3500 7.4L, obs harness, Whipple sidemount supercharger kit, port and polished high perf heads, headers, cut outs, no cats roller rockers, stick length pushrods (to me means stock cam and pistons.60lb/hr Siemens deka injectors, tbmpfi, 320gph fuel pump, 1-100psi adjustable regulator, terminator x max. It runs like **** and looking for a tune, apparently my base is ****. Not like anyone actually had this exact setup but, all input is good input, whether correct or incorrect. Thank you.

The first thing to do is to ensure you have no vacuum leaks nor exhaust leaks. Aftermarket fuel injection is a lot more sensitive to this than the factory setup.

The base tune is really only meant to get you going. In theory it should learn the fuel as you drive it, but you're better off getting it tuned by someone knows what they are doing.

Start with getting some logs.
