4/6 drop or 5/7

17in billet wheels of 90s era (Boyd’s, Colorado customs, or eagles)

Another more realistic wheel option is to get paint stripper and strip the clear coat off the wheels you have right now and give them a quick polish. About two hours of work.

New OEM headlights all around

Cut antenna in half and repaint black (it’s free and makes for a cleaner look)

Repaint wiper arms (it’s all in the details)

Remove diamond plate bed protectors (they hurt the paint, hopefully they didnt screw them on)

Window tint (it looks better and let’s keep that interior perfect)

Cut tail pipe off as it dumps over the axle (for a cleaner look)

Paint correction and a professional detail. (It really makes a difference, your paint is really nice so let’s preserve it)

Leave all the trim on it (because i like it)

3:73 rear gear (let’s help the 4.3)

That’s a really nice truck and super low miles, make it show room fresh with a little hint of custom. Enjoy the 4.3, it’s a cruiser.

First of all, welcome and great looking truck!

Probably going to get some flak for this one, but this is the advice I wish someone would've given me when I first got my red truck. If you plan on keeping it for a long time, think hard before any major modification. Ask yourself "Will I still be glad I did this in 5, 10, 15 years?" There's a few holes in my red truck I wish I could slap past me for drilling.

When Syclone ized they do!
Stock the Syclone made less than 300 hp. They ran in the 13's through the 1/4, even with AWD. For their time they were definitely quick, but time and technology have marched on. People "remember" them as something special, but many of those folks weren't alive in 91, much less of driving age.
Definitely unique and collectible, but not fast by today's standards. Sure they can be modded, but as stated, they're a comparatively small motor.

True that. You need ALL the 350, not just 3/4 of it. And I have noticed an increase in 80s/90s nostalgia, especially among the younger people.

I've got an old book somewhere detailing how to get 900hp out of a 4.3, and 600hp out of a 2.8. This was before turbos became as common place as they are now. Both would be cool, but not necessarily money well spent.
