I believe the C3500-HD were 15k.

I wonder if those cab and chassis trucks had the parking brake on the transmission tail housing like the C3500HD. The 4L80e had a GVWR limit on that parking pawl, but I don't know what that was...

Regular 2500/3500 crew cab long bed wheelbase is 168.5" iirc. That's plenty long to drive and park.....

16k? Um, all the information out on the internet says 15k, so that's what I believed.

Maybe it increased on the later years? Or most likely yours was increased due to the conversion?

My info is based on the listed axle ratings on the door sticker and VIN Weight class ratings. The truck does not have a clear number listed on its door sticker. I assume because it was sold as an incomplete vehicle.

That's a loooong drive shaft; never seen a 3 piece one on a truck smaller than an 18 wheeler. My C3500 CCLB has a 2 piece, with the carrier bearing in the middle.
