This truck is on a temporary hold because of body work maybe a couple weeks but I'm switching gears to my other one tomorrow. It was a dually and I've put a fleet side bed onto it with an 2002 14 bolt disk rear axle. I'm considering turning it back into a dually but I'm going to start with the 4 link and see how it sits. I'll probably try those fuel wheels and bed on it to see what it looks like.

So I recieved my new triangular piece (the first piece was to short) and lower parallel bar mount brackets (the first set had bag mounts and I'm mounting bags on the axle instead)
I was able to mount the triangular piece and get the front end put together minus the better tierods (on order)
I'm hoping to get the parallel bars on and remove the leafs to see how it sits.
Any pointers on fittings for the bags?
I'm planning on 3/8 plastic hose does it matter much if I use a 90° 3/8 to 1/8 adapter on the rear bags vs straight 3/8 to 1/8.
Front bags have 1/4 so I'll need 3/8 to 1/4 I've seen metal ones on Amazon

The size of the valves, lines, and fittings determine the speed of motion. I have 1/2 valves and lines, and 3/8 fittings on the bags.

Bag on axle will ride harsher but gives you the most towing ability.

OK, I have 2 accuair 1) cvt 4) valves 3/8 output and 1) ct both 5 gallons. So I figured keep 3/8 line, the rear bags have 1/8 fittings fronts have 1/4 would using 1/2 line help improve anything?
I do not haul heavy but do not want to lose the ability too.
I took some pictures of the 4 link I got from air bag it, Jimmer helped me out. I liked them because they were not like you want to do what to a 4wd or O no you need to delete the 4wd "Extensive". They want to see pictures when it's done.
The lower brackets came with bag mounts which I did not want and the triangular piece was short maybe because I'm not as low as usual?
I'm trying to get it all put on.

Idk why the dimensions were off...

I'm not sure what the first part of your post means, are you saying that you have 2 5 gallon tanks? 1/8 fittings are tiny, what pressure are your bags rated at?

Yes
2) 5 gallon tanks with the pumps and valves all in the tanks rated at 200psi (original accuair)
The tanks have 3/8 push in hose fittings
The rear bags (airlift) have 1/8 threaded holes rated at 100psi they are a helper style bag because I want to have the bump stops.
The front bags have 1/4 threaded holes rated at 100psi
That's why I'm asking about going to 1/2 lines. It's probably a waste of time and money unless I change the rear bags to something like the airlift dominator or slam specialty?

I don't know if I'd feel comfortable running a 100psi max helper bag, as the sole means of support, on a full size truck.

I had Firestone F9000s on a S10, with a ART 3 link, and was fine, although I did have it loaded once, to where I seen 100psi on the gauge. I took it easy, as that was their max as well.

I'd recommend a better bag on the rear. Dominator or Slam Specialties, those are usually in the 600psi range.

Yeah, line @Stumpy said that's not enough bag imo. Takes well over 100 psi to lift the front end of my truck.
And yes, 1/2 lines would be a waste with that setup.

I see, I was thinking they said that the bags are good for 5,000lbs I'll never haul that much. Now I don't see how they would be able to level 5,000lbs and not exceed 100psi.
I was thinking about it, I could also use the behind the axle mounts and put the factory bump stops back on it.
I need to get the 4 link finished tomorrow so I can see where it sits and figure out distances at the lowest and raised height.
Same with the front bags, they say they will support like 1,900lbs each then 100psi max. I'm certain that they are over 100psi with the weight of the truck on them. I've driven the truck 50 plus miles with the front bags already sooooooooooo idk‍

Maybe running a triple convoluted bag like this might be a better route for you to go for the rear, it would handle the weight if you were to haul something and still gives you 10 inches of travel. Seen lots of 1 ton guys run triple convoluted bags on their truck. I have used those helper bags before on a truck and they struggle to lift 5000lb and wouldn't recommend trying to lift that much weight, they are also not designed to be used by themselves they need to be used with leaf springs for the extra support.

The front if it's working you miight not need to change it but time will tell when you drive it more.
