Anyone still on here with bagged trucks? I'm doing a cclb big block 4wd air ride. My goal is to be able to drop the truck to be about 2 inches off the tires 20 inch wheels 33" tall they are not tucked under they hang out a little bit.
The rear I'm using airbagit triangular 4 link, I've had them remove the mounts that go behind the axle. I'm using over the axle bags with the bump stops in them, I also have a roadmaster rear sway bar. I do not intend to notch the frame unless I need to if it doesn't sit right.
I don't like body roll and my last set up I removed the 1 ton springs and used helper bags. It rode well but with a y on the air line the air would move from one bag to the other as I cornered.
The front I'm using airlift coilover bags they have 3 inches of coilover threaded travel and 4 inches of air bag travel.
Air management I have original accuair cvt 5gal and ct 5gal at setup.
The tank valves are 3/8 and the bags are 1/4 fittings, I plan on using 3/8 lines.
Here are some pictures any input would be great please don't mind the exhaust it is going to be redone.

The fronts are done but at this point I do not have to the rear, tanks and pumps hooked up. I can only lift the front right now by jacking up the truck and then putting air into each front bag. I currently have 1/4 in line going to each front bag separately. I hope by running 3/8 lines and the accuair setup at 200psi it will be enough to lift the front.

We bagged a new dually around 2006 using Air ride technology shock waves in the front, 2in spindles and I believe 1/2 torsion bars. It had all ART air management on it.

I like that yours is still 4wd, that’s cool. I

I have not finished the 4 link and removed the rear leaf springs. Airbagit just sent me a longer triangular piece and the new lower parallel brackets. I believe with the 4 valves this will eliminate the air flow from one bag to the other

I've called a couple companies about it and they told me to delete the 4wd, I told them I wouldn't have bought a 4wd if I where to delete it. I live in TN and don't use it often but I do work my trucks and do need it from time to time. I looked at the shock waves but the air lift gave me more of an option to lift more if I desired to.

I'm curious to see what it looks like aired out.
That's with the coilover screwed up to max height, I can lower that 3 inches. With and without the flares

I have scales this is full weight for the front not sprung weight. The rear is light because the bed is off it right now. The front air lift coilovers say 1,900lb each I believe and have 30 or 32 firm to soft settings. They ride a lot better then torsion bars.
