Does not really look any different, but ran it up to temperature today. Tune is still way off. Barely running.

Oh, sorry to hear that. You had recently replaced the injectors I seem to recall. What are they doing? Getting stuck open or closed?

I don't know what to say. I hope things get resolved. I'm really enjoy this thread. Thanks for taking the time to keep us updated. And I gotta say, you have a really great skillset with attention to details. Kudos Brother!

Thanks,
Injector spacers that were supplied are the issue. They are too short. I bought some longer ones as well, but they are too long. First company is sending some additional adapters that might help, and as a back up have longer ones to machine down to correct size. But all of that mess means I missed the date on getting it done on time and had to get a rental.

Also would advice against using PSI harness for harness work.

Well, either due to tune or it was time. Trans went out. Not building pressure. Initially it was shifting full pressure because tcc wire was bad in the harness. After fixing that and driving few miles it went out.

Did not even get a chance to really test out the pvc oil separator. Just hacked it in for testing, but not enough miles to test how it works. Oil separator from a BMW.
