I bought the Cardone new one, but it will be a while before it is installed. Got a good deal on it, so I had to pull the trigger. Doing rip and replace on the power steering system and replacing the rag joint and gear at the same time.
That will definitely make it easier. For those just replacing booster don’t EVER do what these knuckle heads do.

Haven’t done mine yet but have already figured out how to remove 4 bolts and clip inside without removing any dashboard or column.

I've never heard of Prior, so I'm hoping to hear good news from this thread on experience/quality of part. I don't like Cardone. I had multiple passenger side calipers seize up on truck. Later I did buy thier coated calipers for my Saturn, and didn't have an issue, but I didn't run the car long enough to have to replace pads/calipers again.

Well I’m crossing my fingers. If it fails, I’ll try a brand new one, not remanufactured. I could only find remanufactured boosters. New boosters, like this one, come with a master cylinder.

Anyone else you’d recommend?
Can't say that I can. Cardone rebuilds alot of stuff for alot of different suppliers.

Used to use a guy from Portland, Or to do Mopar stuff. Booster Dewey. I don't know if he's still in business. It was more of a restoration thing when you wanted the same booster back. Down time involved.

Ok got booster in. No need to remove any dashboard pieces or steering column as some YouTube videos suggest. The worst part is getting clip to brake switch/pedal back on. Me blowing my back out a few days ago didn’t help. I screwed with getting that clip on, but in the end, I had my son get it on. His hands just a BIT smaller, he was able to snap it on. I used the original, tweaked it back in shape. I had bought the Dorman. Garbage!!!! It broke in half trying to snap on. It’s gauge is about 1/2 of original clip. Nice and quiet and back to normal braking. Hopefully Prior is of decent quality.
