I would double layer both sides from the front of the seat to the upper fire wall, however many sheets it took. Thats just me, I know that stuff is kinda pricey ....

I'm really interested in your process for replacing the floor pan, mount, and rockers Because you're doing so much, how will you keep it all oriented correctly and in the right locations?

The best thing to do is weld a 1x1 section of square tube from A pillar to B pillar to help keep it in line. I also inspected it a bit more yesterday, the cab mount is actually fine. The floor pan rusted away around it so I should be able to separate the floor pan and plug weld it to the cab mount, and weld the pan to everything else.

I don't have the tools to do this here at the house so I have no clue when it will get done. It may have to wait til the truck is a roller again, and I may take it to a shop to have it done, I want it done right.

You have sizes leading up to that one, correct? You have to step it up. That pedal is crazy hard!!
