I am probably going to do one mounted to the wall by my hose reel as well as one attached to my paint gun too. I am worried about moisture getting into my paint.
You can add an intercooler to your compressor to help lowering the temperature of the intake air so moisture condenses inside the tank. I have a homebrew monster/Frankenstein compressor from a huge pump and 7.5 HP motor on a 30 gallon tank. The pump has head unloaders and I have it set up for continuous-run operation. Anyway, it's way overkill for everything I do, except spray painting. That's the only time I fire it up.

I bought an intercooler from Ebay that was for a Champion compressor. It was many years ago, but around $70 or so IIRC. I've never painted a full car, but did a hood and fender for my truck in the summer and worked well. Also had my buddy over to paint a different hood using the same setup. Works well.

Edit: something like this: www.amazon.com/Derale-13300-Tube-Cooler-Core/dp/B004XONREK/ref=asc_df_B004XONREK/?tag=hyprod-20&linkCode=df0&hvadid=312061937753&hvpos=&hvnetw=g&hvrand=1997395460150782004&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&hvdev=c&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=9026944&hvtargid=pla-569555972551&psc=1&tag=&ref=&adgrpid=63195598278&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvadid=312061937753&hvpos=&hvnetw=g&hvrand=1997395460150782004&hvqmt=&hvdev=c&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=9026944&hvtargid=pla-569555972551#customerReviews

Plumb it between the compressor head discharge and the tank.

It all helps, I've seen some oddball stuff up to and including coppers coils with a petcock in a dorm fridge.

Sometimes you gotta do what ya gotta do. lol

Got the paint 95% done, need to do the hood and tailgate. Came out alright, not a painter but from 5 ft away it looks good lol, have 3 spots where I went heavy and it ran a little but it's good enough. Going to pop the hood off, easier for me to spray it sitting on a tarp on the floor. Thanks for the advice @Hipster, no idea what the issue was but when I sprayed last night the gun did good. Learnt that next time I'll pay one of those Spanish guys on Craiglist $500 and a case of Modelo, lot less headache lol. Once I get paid I'm ordering the parts to finish her, should be driving it next month. Also finished the exhaust, dumped it before the axle. More pictures coming soon.

Ordered most of the parts for her last weekend, all new steering (everything minus the centerlink), front brakes, upper control arms, inside and outside door handles, locks/ignition switch and armrests. Need to get the grille, billet insert, tailgate handle, tailgate cables and tint. Sh*t'll be going down here soon, pretty excited, pictures and more updates coming soon.

Got the driver side completely finished, half the steering swapped and the insert installed in the grille.

The old steering was pretty bad, all the joints were like wet noodles. It didn't want to come apart without violence and harsh language either lol, sledge hammer, pickle forks and fire got the job done. Waiting for the socket to show up to remove the pitman arm nut, the old Kentucky socket set and hammer couldn't break it free. I'll finish the steering and passenger side this weekend, only things left after that are the tint, trimming the valence, and finishing the paint then she'll be good to be registered for the first time in 3.5 years.
Grille looks pretty good, going to get some black mesh to put behind it so the horn, condenser, etc aren't as visible.

Placed it on the front to see how it looks and I'm pretty happy with how she's coming out. She's been sitting in the garage for a year and a half so I'm itching to finally have her on the road.

Cool truck, tiara conversions have a small part of my life.
When I was young my dad hauled for tiara and delivered conversion vans and trucks to dealers around the south. When we got to the hotel he would unload the one on the end and we would go ride around in it. Maybe a few burnouts and donuts too.

Got the truck done, can't get into my other account which is why there hasn't been an update for awhile. She's pieced back together inside n out (and cleaned, took the pictures before that lol) and running good. Getting the tag for her Tuesday and after an alignment she'll be good to go.

Went to the junkyard and picked up the few interior pieces I needed to get the inside done, the bezel that goes around the gauge cluster was a hard one to find. Junkyard only had 1 and was cracked in the center but was significantly better than mine so in it went. Truck came out pretty nice for the amount of work needed and put into it. Going to roll it out of the garage tomorrow and get some better pictures.

Took the truck out today and drove it about 50 miles, rides good, drives good, like driving it. Only issue that isn't even the trucks fault is out where I'm at there are a lot of *ssholes in dump trucks (screw you construction) and lifted redneck trucks who drive like d*cks, which makes driving her rather nerve racking and not much fun. Hard to have a nice cruise at the speed limit (first time I think I've ever said that lol) when they're cutting you off and such, in the hoe' I rarely have that issue. The burb was the same way to an extent but wasn't as bad, maybe because it was bigger, not sure. Might end up selling it since she was built for cruising with the tunes turned up but not 100% sure, put a lot of time and effort into it so it's a hard decision. If that ends up happening I'll probably get a car, Betty will get the new motor and be back on the street, so it wouldn't be too bad.
Here's the pictures from last night, didn't get any today because of the rain.
