Ive got a 93; what is the difference in the 88-93 vs 94-98 ? They appear to essentially look the same. I want to get a set of black or smoke, but im seeing the 94-98 alot cheaper than the 88-93..

I know the headlight is the same. So where is the difference in the two at

The corner lenses don't interchange. For the corner lights used on composite headlight grilles (and quad sealed beam) there are four variations: Chevrolet 1988-1993, Chevrolet 1994-up. GMC 1988-1993, GMC 1994-up.

Only two variations of the park light lenses: 1988-1993, 1994-up. They "sort of" interchange but not really.

Keep in mind lots of 1988-1993 trucks have had their grilles swapped out for newer, over the years. Can't tell from your avatar pic which one you have.

Some vendors sell all 4 versions. Check the specifics & make sure so that they don't send the wrong ones. Wouldn't be the first time. There's been a few of those WTF? posts over the years.
One i was looking at (and really the reason for this post) has the 88-93 setup on the truck, but the ad is for 94-98. The grille gives it away one dont match the other
