Have you checked the actual plug from number 2 cylinder for spark?

Remember that even if a plug sparks when checked it may not when in the cylinder with compression pressure present if there is any weakness in the HT system. A tester as recommended in post #19 should find any weakness.

The only thing I have does is swap plugs from other cylinders and it remains missife on cyl 2

Would bad valve stems cause a missifire letting oil into cylinder or too much air.
Bad valve stem seals could let oil into the cylinder, leading to a misfire.

Valve guides could allow too much air past the valve stem; but the guides would have to be completely wiped-out. Possible, not likely.

Could also just need a set of intake gaskets. Ivan had fun diagnosing this one:

I think this one was misfiring on cylinder 5, but it was an eye opening diagnosis. Check video #2 for the fix. (Spoiler: intake gaskets)

Got a spark tester and it's all good.

Plug #2 fouled out and smells like gas.

Plug #4 had oil on the threads.

A small shop close to me said he would do intake gaskets for $200 bucks. Is it it something I can do in a few nights working in the shop?

Can I only replace injector 2 or do all of them have to go.

I leant on this >> https://www.gmt400.com/threads/intake-gasket-replacement.118/
when I changed mine on a 1999 Vortec 5.7.
There's a few things to be aware of that can be awkward eg, getting the distributor timed correctly on refitting, removing the EGR pipe at the manifold and the coolant quick connector. If you are competent with hand tools, there's nothing about the job that will be beyond you.
