My mounts are warped, I'm wanting to use my OE mounts but the adjusters are seized on those. Do the adjusters come apart? Also, any tips/tricks for squeezing the 4 corners together would be welcome to release the clips. I'll put together a more detailed post in a bit, right now just trying to mix and match what I have. I'm not sure the warpage is even the cause of the issue of my messed up grill not being wide enough to clear the lights.

Those black plastic pieces are a major pain. I think I used needle nose pliers to aqueeze two sides together, and then tilted the thing sideways and got a third side out, and then the fourth. It took a couple pf tries, Though. I still haven't fixed mine. I took it apart becasue that C shaped steel piece was loose and it turned out that the white plastic pillar that holds the screw is stripped. I have not put in any time thinking about how to fix it, yet.

I have never had the NA/DOT lights apart, so I can't help with those adjusters. I planned on using my original mount, too. I have one that is got a bolt that won't come loose.... been that way for years.

I squirted some WD-40 down the top of the adjuster and they instantly started spinning again, but that 3rd pivot is buried pretty good. I'm guessing I can just pop that right out, unthread the adjusters all the way, and be good? Well we'll see in just a few, I either break it or win.

I'm having a heck of a time trying to visualize the issue, although it seems like @454cid understands.

I've attached a picture, is the "Mount?" what you're referencing? You believe it's warped / misshapen?

The reflectors and brackets are shipped assembled from Arteb (if that information is of any use), Carlos then removes the long bolts and removes the two brackets to facilitate packaging for US shipment. While I'm betting you knew this already, I'm mentioning it now and including a picture of the assembled unit just for others' reference.

I think the warpage is not my issue at all. It's a combination of my exceptionally narrow grill being exacerbated by the slightly wider stance of the Arteb lights. My next move is to install the mounts, Dremel the grill, install grill, and try shoving the lights in and installing the 2 vertical bolts. I'll see if I can do a more detailed post when I head inside.

If you loosen the bolts that fasten the brackets to the radiator support, can you buy yourself some wiggle-room to move the headlights, i.e., so they interface better with your grill?
(I suppose you have, but I had to ask)

Take a look at mine in the pictures below, I know my headlights are relatively "tight" at their outboard edge, i.e., where the headlight is adjacent to the yellow marking light / turn signal lens. These are the two best pictures I have handy which show this.

The picture titled "Left side" may give the impression there's ZERO room, but there is some. The perspective of the camera makes it look tighter than it really is.

(edit) I included the third picture to give another perspective.

As I mentioned a couple pages ago, mine were too tight around the outer edges as well when I tried to install them onto the aftermarket Anzo brackets in my Suburban. I'm assuming cheating the brackets towards the inside like 1998_K1500_Suburban mentioned will fix my issue but I haven't dug into it any further yet.

You underestimate the ignorance of my grille fitment.

Here's my Round 1 of trying to fit the Artebs (no fault of the lights themselves). Final fitment will be a better indicator of someone else's experience. I processed a lot of info yesterday, but today I feel that the only relevant bits for those of you trying to put these on your truck and make them fit will find that most everyone else's experience should mimic yours. My grille was installed, before I got the truck, in an exceptionally ignorant form. The center upper bolts pinned it BELOW the core support. This would force it to smile and tuck in at the top. So I leave you with 2 pieces of info: the lights DO sit out something on the order of 1/8" wider per the tape measure not counting the clips.

And without a pic, because it'd be worthless, the pivot points seem to be spread apart by 1/16" vs stock. I hope to post some good news in the next few days cause damn do they spruce up the truck.

There's very little give in the bolt holes where the brackets attach to the core support, and there's good reason for that. I found out when I had to slot those holes a little bit in order to make some TYC Elegantes fit without being crooked. If you slot those holes and start moving the bracket around, then you find out that there are a couple holes in the core support that are meant for the adjuster screws to poke through as you adjust the lamps. Now that you've slotted the brackets to move the lamps, you may end up needing to open up those holes for the adjuster screws to poke through, or they'll interfere with the adjustment. Not a big deal, just something to watch for.

Thought I'd post some photos of the actually light output from these after re-wiring the headlights with larger gauge wire, relays, and "4-hi". I adjusted them based on Daniel Stern's instructions on his site, but I think they are aimed just a tad low. The low beams have a pretty sharp cut-off so I think I could raise them a little without impacting other drivers. In any case they are significantly brighter than the old setup. The high beams are intense!
