Tell us some more just about the engine and whatever else you did custom. Did you do power mods to the engine? I feel that with such a smaller truck it wouldn’t really need much.
Nothing internal yet. It has head studs and a CAT fuel filter that came with the engine. It has a banks big head wastegate, banks intake 4” exhaust with down pipe, can’t remember brand. Six gun tuner is gonna be installed shortly. I don’t know enough about EFI live tuning tbh

I’m getting used to the new throttle pedal, it’s touchy and very easy to break the tires loose.

Everything is custom on this thing. I now have I think like 3 VINs, one for body, one for ECM/TCM/etc, and another for a wiring harnesses.

My brother has a 2nd gen 24v Cummins with a Godzilla tuner and he builds his tunes, my dad has a 7.3L powerstroke with a hydra, my mom just bought a hydra to put on her 7.3L excursion. My dad can get around about 20mpg with the fuel supper tune, it’s a bone stock truck except for the tuner, stock exhaust and everything. If I ever get a diesel I want either a 7.3 or a 6.6

Nice truck!

Can you tell me how you got the Allison to fit under the cab? I understand you have to do a body lift? Is so, how much of a lift is required?
There’s actually prob 3” of clearance between the Allison and the bottom of cab. The main driver for the higher body is the cooling requirements. These trucks are much smaller in the front than the new trucks.

I can actually put my iPhone on top of the frame straight up and it doesn’t hit the cab. The body mounts are all custom, using heavy duty steel plates, no actual body spacers.
