New to Site 1999 K2500 7.4 4L80E Suburban

Hello! I just acquired my 115000 mile 1999 K2500 Suburban. Bought this one in Nevada and drove it back to Texas. So far I have changed out the front head lights to LEDs as well as the rear tail lights. I have also added a 3" Torch off Road lift and will be replacing shocks with Bilstein 5100's next. I have managed to fit Nitto Terra Grapplers 305 7016s on some American Racing rims I bought at Discount Tire a while back. They are tight but they fit. Plans are to upgrade the computer with 0411 swap and change out the rear axle to Dana 70 with rear discs. Also will be doing the NP241 swap and ditching the 246 and electronic controls for a floor shifter set up. Overall all it is a solid truck that will be my overland project and daily driver.

Why a Dana 70? You already have a bomb proof full floater in there. 411 is a good move, will you be getting it Dyno tuned too? Or know someone who can lay down a good street tune?

Me too 1999 GMC Burb w454. I diddnt realize it is like a unicorn when looking for front suspension parts though. banging my head..... Stock parts seem to be ok but it is like this thing does not exist in the after market world. Of course if it were older or newer no problem.

If you want to sell the 14-bolt full float, please PM me when you are ready. I assume it will swap directly into a 99 K2500 truck, so I will be interested in buying it from you. Where in Texas are you?
