@Wh4t3v3rs do you know of any aftermarket keyless entry systems that have a proximity unlock feature? Been looking through the products available from Viper but I'm not seeing one with that functionality
@Jesse_Wenting im so sorry bro, I just saw this post!!! DEI does make a proximity add on. I don't remember the product skew right off the top if my head, but I can get that for you tomorrow..... once again my apologies and I'll get that information posted!!

I just wanna post this here. I have been crazy busy with work and forgot to get back with people on remote starts. If you folks are still interested, I am making up orders and shipping. Please just PM me and we will work out the details. I'm super easy to get along with, just busy and I forget. Thank you for your patients!!!!

And I can vouch for ^^^that. It seems a bit daunting, having to tap into ignition harness, but it’s really not bad at all. And it’s a great product. I was in supermarket the other day waiting for kid to finish bagging, my truck was on far side of lot, I could see it and remote fired it right up!

Ughhhh…. Not sure if this is related to a recent electrical issue that I’m not sure is resolved, but today after work starter stayed engaged after pressing remote start. I immediately pressed * button to shut off. Started fine with key fortunately. Not sure where to go with this, other than re-checking all wiring. Maybe I’ll try re-programming “Cranking Time”. As far as I know it should’ve been on the factory preset to 0.6 seconds.

If you have that wired to the tach, you don't have to mess with crank time. It releases when it sees RPMs.
