I got a 1998 GMC Sierra 3 door it’s got the 5.7 vortex motor, 4l60e transmission 4x4, I’m wanting to know if I can take a 1998 s10 blazer 4.3 4x4 5 speed and take the Manual and put it in my GMC Sierra, Will the steering column work and the pedals , if it works do I use a 4.3 clutch or a 5.7 I’ve owned fords all my life and I’m lost

I was researching yesterday and I saw a comment that the S-10 NV3500s used a smaller spline count on the output shaft. I'd verify that before starting the swap.

I dont remember the spline count but the s10 nv3500 used 700r4/4l60e size output shaft and the full size trucks used turbo 400/ 4l80e size output shaft

Also shifter location is a little different from the each other

I appreciate the replies I can work around the other stuff like the column and placement for shifter but I was mostly concerned with the swap going together, will I need anything else ( I have both vehicles), so I shouldn’t have any worries wiring wise?
