Does anybody have trouble like I do with these stupid, horrible f ing door handles , if it ain’t rods popping out , or the plastic inside handles breaking to the outside handles breaking I just about hade it. That’s my rant for the day

Yes I do, contemplating the Top Kick handles. Though might look odd on a non lifted 2 wheel drive.

I just broke 2 inside handles after waiting a week after the first handle broke to installing new one this morning 2nd pull and it broke very frustrated

they are absolutely frustrating!

I have a secret for keeping the rods in place. take a half inch piece of tubing of your choice, stick them on the rods, snap the rods in the clips and the pull the tubing up and over the rod clip holding the rod and the clip firmly in place.

I think I used 5/16" vinyl tubing but that was so long ago I'm only guessing.

I have a thread over on GMTC from when I did this complete with pics. I have some crap to do so I'll dig up those pics later.
