A TAHO that weighs 8,000 lbs only on the front axle and 0lb on the rear axle with only 150lb driver when the Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) is only like 6,500 lb ???

8,000lb is close to maximum GVWR of a 3/4 ton of the era!

Let's see this "HOE!"
250lb in lithium
1000lb in speakers
600 in wood
150 in amplifiers
300 in wire
rough estimates but it adds up quickly

Bone stock 94 Burbon. 350/5.7 tbi automatic 2WD (not sure on the gears).

Last fill up was 17.2 (mostly cruising at 65). Previous fill up before that (mostly city driving) 14.8.

I need to put in some new wheel bearings, an idler arm and get an alignment… hoping to see 18+ but she’s a big girl. Good god that 42gal tank is a nightmare at the pump. I’m glad gas prices are dropping again.

Yup when you have a Burb that big tank will eat your lunch to feed it! Mine uses 3/4 of it in 2 weeks, just going around Houston. I'm also glad prices are going down, about $2.83 per gallon last time I looked. Gotta feed it today so we'll see....

We’re able to get it at about $2.53 around here.
