My 88 Came with a 2-tone blue interior. I used SEM Vinyl Prep after cleaning. The Color Coat Shadow Blue for the darker color and Pacific Blue for the lighter, then Satin Gloss Clear over both. The Shadow Blue is a little darker than the OE and the Pacific Blue has a little more purple to it but, I like it.

I wonder what the SEM Blue Mist (15213) looks like, difference in shade seems similar to the two tone. I also need to paint my interior as I have been replacing busted trim parts piece by piece and they are all a different shade of blue.

SEM is great stuff. I've used it on a couple of projects.
On my Tahoe I used Duplicolor medium gray. It matches almost perfectly to the factory dye. Be sure to use the proper prep technique in the directions or you will have bad time (both SEM or Duplicolor).

Yes. This is the paint. I searched my history and don't have any photos of the painted panels, but I'll get one and post it. I'll find a fresh painted panel next to one of the old ones that's turned green to emphasize the improvement this paint can make.
