Everybody is way overthinking this, your alignment shop aligned it correctly and you'll be fine driving it with the plow on with 4" of ground clearance. If you are scraping at all then start cranking up the torsion bars until your not and have it re-aligned without the plow with that torsion bar setting since you daily drive it without the plow.
You want the plow to sit low so your truck is pushing as horizontally as possible instead of digging slightly vertically. When you hit something with your plow, you want the plow to flop forward and keep the truck height level.
