Fix the crank/cam correlation problem. Sometimes, just turning the distributor takes care of this. Often, it's worn distributor gear and sloppy distributor bushings--so you need a new distributor.

Not likely. The coil and ignition module you have are probably better than the shiitty Chinese junk sold in the parts store.
What do you think it could be? Where should I start?

Start by fixing the cam/crank correlation. It could be the distributor needs to be turned. It might be that the distributor needs to be replaced.
No that was for a different vehicle, the one with the codes runs pretty good actually, but yea I should look into that. I'm asking about the one I was explaining originally. Sorry for any mix up

What? You pulled the codes off of a totally unrelated truck and posted them in this thread? Why would you do that?

I'm not sure, didn't seem like there was any reason to make a separate thread for something that doesn't matter at all and I can figure out myself, but also no reason to mention it at all, completely unrelated.

I don't have the spec on hand but that fuel pressure seems ok. However isn't your issue only present while driving under load? Have you verified the fuel pressure in that condition? Also see how long it take the pressure to leak down after you turn the engine off.
What type of scanner do you have? You should try hooking it up after you crank up the engine to view live data.
Did you say your CEL turns on key on engine off? You could try unplugging a sensor like the MAF or map to force the PCM to store a code to verify its function.

Hmm what was the initial issue? thats either a timing issue or a fuel issue from the sounds of it. have you checked the fuel pressure at the rail? and does the truck do this under no load condition (neutral/park) ? or just loaded (in gear)
Hello folks . 92 Chevrolet Silverado v6 5 speed !! I’ll put my 2 cents in. If yaw don’t mind . Check that timing chain. mine was rattling and when you accelerate very similar noise . mine bit the dust . Talk about just in time .
