My truck is a 1998 silverado 5.7 and I'm.chasing some issues , first the codes are P0300 random misfire, P0102 , P0108, P0122. So in the beginning the truck would just crank over and would shake and try to run , so I started unplugging sensors and nothing changed , well it just so happens I forgot to plug back in the map sensor and she starts first turn of the key , could all these codes be related to the map sensor? Thanks.

"Random" misfire

P0300 is a concern; the first thing you need to find out is whether the tool you used to identify the codes is capable of displaying individual-cylinder misfires. Many are not. The "real" code could be P0301, (misfire on #1) or P0307, (misfire on #7) or whatever, but the code-reader can't display the true code, so it lies and pretends the misfire is random.

Sounds like the MAP sensor really is crapped-out. Test the MAP and the hose that connects it to vacuum, replace the MAP or hose if needed, clearing the rest of the codes, and see what comes back in the next week or so.
