Update: signal flasher and new dimmer switch fixed the lights .

Still no cruise control but I’m wondering if that’s due to my brake warning light still on.

I’ve seen some people just disable there abs system all together what are the benefits of this ?
Brake light on the dash comes on if the parking brake is engaged (even a touch).
Or if the brake fluid in the master cyl is low.
Or if there's a 4 wheel ABS issue, of course that means 95 and newer, not your RWAL system...

So pull the parking brake release handle, and pull up on the parking pedal. You can also kneel down and reach under the truck and pull on the actual cable.

I assume you can check for brake fluid level.

Theres no need to disable your RWAL system. It doesnt affect the front brakes.

95 and newer trucks sometimes suffer from a condition called "Unwanted ABS Activation at slow speeds". Rust forms under the ABS sensor in the front wheel bearing, increasing the air gap, and it interprets it as a wheel skidding to a stop. So it pulses the ABS under 3 MPH.
Theres a couple "fixes" but the cheapskates out there just pull the ABS fuse and ignore it completely.
As I wrote before, your truck doesnt have this system, you have a rear only ABS system.
