I recently installed the Belltech 5.5 in flip kit and c notch on my tahoe and personally I don’t think I got quite 5.5 inches out of it, I am looking to drop it down another inch using 1 inch drop shackles, what do you guys think am I missing something???

Couple questions: what size tires are those, and how many miles have you put on the drop kit?
Truck looks good, but you're right, it's missing something.

A flip kit will lower the vehicle the thickness of the spring pack plus the diameter of the axle housing.

My wife's 86 dually would drop about a foot and a half with a flip kit! That monster has twice as many leaves as my dually!
Rides like it too. I put 3 yards of crushed concrete in the back and it rode better and didn't even get into the overload leaf!
