I was doing a tuneup on my truck, once I got to removing one of the spark plugs it came out oily, is this fixable? The truck has no issues with idling or even a check engine light.

Minor is a word I'd use. Unless its misfiring, leave it be.
The solution is new heads.
Or a teardown, new valve seals, valve springs, likely valve stem guides, milling the heads, head gaskets, valve cover gaskets, intake gaskets...
So your saying ls swap? Jk I ended up changing the spark plugs and it’s completely running fine, as a matter a fact even better than before.

Oil on the threads is an indicator of a vacuum pulling oil in. Generally valve guide seals, intake manifold leak into the lifter valley, or a pcv valve connected to a single manifold runner.
