Hey guys what’s a good engine replacement for a 92 6.5 td I was thinking of putting a Cummins in it or duramax

Just about anything! Cummins has been done many times over and it is easy. Dirtymax is a bit more work but it goes in as well.
IIRC I've seen where a Cat 3208 was done too.
Anything can be done. Just takes time and money....

Depends on what you are doing with the truck. If no heavy towing a 4BT works out pretty well and gets good MPG.
Sorry I'm late for the party! I vote 6V92. You'll need bigger front springs.

Where could I find that and can I pair it to a 4l80e I already have extra heavy duty coil springs by cargo maxx good for 3500lbs
I was part of a crew that installed 6V92 engine + Allison transmission into City Buses.
The original forklift we used needed the three fattest people in the shop to hang off the back, or the rear wheels wouldn't touch the ground as the powertrain package was lifted into the bus frame. The forklift would tip over forward without ~700 pounds of human ballast dangling off the rear.
Eventually, the company leased a bigger forklift.
