Hi my 1992 6.5 diesel is running at 100celsius when climbing a hill which is 212f as my truck is from Canada it shows half is 100celsius which is 210-212f… usually it’s under half but when I climb a hill it goes to 100 Celsius which is 210-212f is this normal I believe the radiator is stock but I’ve never overheated once

You do NOT want a 6.5 to run over 210! ever!
There are a variety of reasons and fixes/mods to cool them down. I have change mine to a spin on type water pump with an electric-viscus type fan clutch and dura-max fan blade and it cools it nicely. guy know as AK DIESEL DRIVER on thetruckstop.us forum came up with. geared more for just 6.5 world.

Yes you are getting into dangerous territory with those temps. Make sure you cooling stack is clean, fan clutch is working properly. When mine was running the highest ive seen on it was 190 on a 95+ degree day with the ac on. I would also make sure that your T-stat is opening properly.

If heard 200-212f and anything 220f or over is bad? It is a Canada truck is it’s in Celsius and 100celsius is half the gauge when giving it a good boot or climbing a hill most time is a few hairs under half way

I will tell you from personal experience and multiple head gaskets later. Over 210 she pulling over!! Is your water pump a spin on fan or 4 bolt

Yes you can. When I do mine I pull the upper fan shroud and it gives me plenty of room to get in there and wash the radiator out. Doing it that way you can wash both directions you can wash from the fan side outward and outward inward. Cleaning the A/C condenser, oil cooler and external trans cooler can be a little harder to get to. Depending on how much time I have I will pull the grill and unbolt the upper mounts and fold the coolers forward enough to wash behind them. I don't know how your 92 is set up for external coolers. I know GM changed the radiator in 94 so yours might be a slightly different setup.
