I see. That does not sound like fun.

Then I'll go to my plan A: Using the swingset I built for my kids some time ago. I used it once to unload an engine from the bed of my truck, LOL. I think a chain hoist will be must for me though.

Yeah, in order for the bed lifter tool to work "as it should" would be to replace the sliding boom extension on the engine hoist with one about 12-18 inches longer. This is what I plan on doing. And yes, I know it will reduce the lifting capacity of the hoist. I believe we have a guesstimate of 400 pounds for an 8 foot bed? Shouldn't be a problem.

That swing set isn't even bowing at all!

Me either!
'93 inside brackets are longer. I will take pics tomorrow.
What year is the chrome bumper?
I got 85% of the dent out in about 5 whacks of a 2# sledge and a 2×4.

The bumper isn't bolted in in the pic above. I shot the bolts with PB Blaster and will let them sit overnight.

Idk, 95+ if I was to guess from the graphics. I bought the bed for the floor and the bumper came with it. My youngest daughter said "daddy, someone dumped half a truck in our yard..."
