Try finding a guy so you don’t have to worry so much or figure out how to register in a different state

What’s going on guys, now that the trucks is for the most part drivable I’ve just been working all of the kinks out.
I threw in a colder 160 thermostat so I can take the temps down from 210 running down to 180 at the most running on a hot day with one fan on.
Had an oil line issue where the original clips that would going in to those annoying fittings for the oil cooler let the metal lines slip passed and let all the oil drain out of the motor. What a mess that was [emoji2361]
Snapped the caliper bolts on the passenger rear somehow while driving so I put all new brake stuff back there again[emoji2361]
But now everything seems to be ok.
I’ve been working on my buddy’s truck and he got me some stuff since he works for procomp.
A full size m/t and a matching rim, and 3 of there 7” led lights and let me tell you these are some bad boys. 11800 lumens each to replace the 3 hid that I had before that had 5000 lumens each
I’m thinking about putting stock bumpers back on this thing and just making a simple tube for the front to mount the light

Welp I had a little mishap the other day and lost a rear wheel at 45mph and it kinda messed up the driver side bedside.
Come to find out it was something I completely overlooked in my rush to get the truck back together. The lug studs were to short and so I don’t think there was enough thread engagement.
Since the bed is so damaged (in my opinion) I just decided I’m gonna sell my 14 bolt I have and was planning on building to buy fiberglass fenders for the rear now instead of trying to find a decent white bed and make all of the mods I would have to to make it work for me.
Since it’s apart rightnow and I’m waiting on parts I decided I’m going to take a few leafs out of the pack to get my ride height where I want and put a new diff cover I have for it on

ZOIKS! How did that happen?

Really good question all the lugs were torque a couple months ago and I haven’t really been driving it for a couple weeks. Although looking at the new lugs versus the ones in the axle the new ones are about 1/2” longer so I wonder if I had studs in the axle meant for a steel rim and I just over looked that putting it all together

That sucks. I learned a few weeks ago that my lug nuts were tightened on to only 30 ft lbs! I run them up with the impact but I also got in a hurry. No incident fortunately. I have enough bedside damage.

Well I don’t know if I’ve lost it yet or what, but I finally did something that aims toward body work but doesn’t [emoji23][emoji23]atleast it’ll be ready for fiberglass in a couple weeks

Well it went on its first 200 mile round trip a couple weeks ago to the desert and the drive was great minus the fact I really need a/c in it [emoji23]
going up the 6% grade it ran a nice 176* on the coolant and a nice 138 on the trans at 75 mph. And round trip it was able to get roughly 16-17 mpg. I say that’s a very strong win hahaha. I still haven’t ordered new bedsides for it yet but I’ve just been picking at all of the things I need to go through and fix that I don’t like.
The suspensions very creeky and has a lot of coil spring noise I need to tighten up the steering box set screw a little bit.
I put new exhaust manifolds on and the driver side pipe rubs the frame just a hair and I hear it every time I throttle it hard so I’m going to see if I can slide the motor to the passenger side just a little bit.
The new bed sides won’t have a filler neck spot so I moved the filler to inside the bed.
