There is a guy on ebay thats make the harness to retro the 95 tahoe to use the 96 HVAC. If anyone would like his ebay store let me know. I bought one. The seller is estradaocc on ebay.
I have a 1995 and need the hvac control module with the 2 plugs. NO LUCK! I can only find the one plug made for that year. I have a brand new one plug of course that doesnt work. so someone said that a guy on ebay made the adapter harness to make the one plug I have purchased to work with my two plug that I currently have in my truck. Is this what you are referring to. PLEASE HELP!

cant locate him
on eBay you have to do an "advanced search" and check "only show items from" and punch his seller name into the box. I found him; he doesn't have an eBay store, just a regular account. So unfortunately, if he doesn't have any current listings, you'll get no results. However, you can then check his completed listings and see the harnesses and controls. It's just the two listings, so it appears that's all he had - a used control unit, and a used adapter harness that was previously attached to it. Each sold for $100 with just 1 bid.

If anyone still has questions about this, please send me a text and I can call you. (Sorry wont answer phone numbers I don’t know). I have figured out the wiring diagram and have successfully done 2 AC swaps from a 95 AC control box to 96-98 AC control box. I can either guide you through the wiring or I can make a harness for you and ship it. My wire harness will cost you $50 plus shipping.

Okay, I didn't have time to wait for an answer, so I just went to the junk yard and bought another connector. Apparently some of these connectors have 8 wires, and some have 9. Anyway, I wired it as per the diagram above, and it works perfectly. On top of that, using the male connectors that were on the old '95 Tahoe controls allowed me to make an adapter that can be unplugged and reused. I didn't need to splice the original harness.

Thank you very much for the info.
